I invite you to join me in ceremony with cacao, with a cacao that has traveled to us from the sacred Mayan lands. Infused with the prayers and energy of its ancient volcanic soil and the lineage of the Mayan women who lovingly prepare this cacao, the women of Ruk'u'x Ulew - Heart of the Earth.

This offering is a return to ritual, a return to the heart, a return to softness & stillness.

Gathering at 4PM close to the Winter Solstice on a beautiful property in Myocum we begin with a blessing, a sharing from both the group & from myself before I guide the group through a meditation.

An opportunity to soften into the medicine, be held by its guidance and your heart's opening & healing.

We close with fruit & sharing, allowing ourselves to integrate whatever gifts we have received from this space of healing.

Weather allowing we will be outside so bring blankets & warmth.
